Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and rbaji ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the rbaji website located at https://rbaji.bar and all associated services, features, and content offered through the platform. These Terms apply to all users who access or use the rbaji platform in any capacity, including visitors who browse without registering and registered players who have created an account and engage in real-money gaming activities.

Account Registration and Security

To access real-money gaming services on rbaji, you are required to register a personal account. The registration process requires you to provide your Bangladeshi mobile number, a unique username, and a secure password. All information provided at registration must be truthful and accurate. rbaji reserves the right to conduct identity verification checks at any time.

Account Security Obligations

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP codes sent to your registered mobile number.
• You must not share your account credentials with any other person. All activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it.
• You must notify rbaji support immediately if you become aware or suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Each player may hold only one active rbaji account. Creating or attempting to create multiple accounts is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed and balances being voided.

Account Closure

You may request the closure of your rbaji account at any time by contacting the support team. Any genuine real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your registered mobile wallet within 5 to 10 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification and provided the balance was not accrued through bonus abuse or fraudulent activity.

rbaji reserves the right to close any account at any time without prior notice where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, abuse, collusion, money laundering, or any other breach of these Terms. In such cases, rbaji may withhold any balance pending investigation and, if the breach is confirmed, permanently void the balance and any associated winnings.

Deposits and Withdrawals

rbaji supports real-money transactions exclusively through Bangladesh-localised mobile financial services. All deposits and withdrawals are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and settled through bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. rbaji does not accept international credit cards, bank wire transfers, or cryptocurrency payments. The platform does not charge players any transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your mobile financial service provider may apply their own network charges as governed by their separate terms and conditions.

Deposit Rules

• The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit, though rbaji may impose per-transaction limits at its discretion for security purposes.
• Deposits must be made from a mobile wallet account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the deposit being reversed and a formal review of your account.

• rbaji is not a banking institution and your account balance does not constitute a bank deposit or savings account. The platform is not responsible for losses arising from exchange rate fluctuations.

Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawals may only be made to a mobile wallet account registered in your own name and matching the name on your rbaji account. rbaji will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 5 to 10 minutes for mobile wallet transfers. rbaji processes withdrawals 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. During periods of high volume or for accounts flagged for security review, processing times may extend.
• Before processing a withdrawal, rbaji may require you to complete KYC verification by submitting a copy of a government-issued identification document. This is a standard anti-money-laundering measure and is not a reflection on your account standing.
• Bonus funds are non-withdrawable until the associated wagering requirement has been fully satisfied. Only the cash portion of your wallet balance, net of any active bonus, is eligible for withdrawal at any given time.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are credited to the bonus wallet and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be transferred to the cash wallet or withdrawn.
• The standard wagering requirement for welcome bonuses is 25x the bonus amount unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms. Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games typically contribute 10-20%.
• Bonuses have an expiry date. Any bonus and associated winnings that have not been claimed or the wagering requirement completed by the expiry date will be automatically forfeited.

Gameplay Rules and Betting Conduct

Sports Betting Rules

Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account immediately suspended pending investigation, and may face permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where criminal conduct is identified.

• Creating or operating more than one rbaji account, or assisting another person to do so, for the purpose of exploiting bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, claim bonuses, or interact with the platform in a manner not available to ordinary human users.
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or any rbaji staff member to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using the rbaji platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime, including depositing funds derived from illegal activities.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or pricing anomalies to place bets or withdraw funds at incorrect values. Players who identify a bug or error are required to report it to support immediately and must not exploit it.

All such information, software, products, services, and related graphics are provided on an "as is" basis without warranty of any kind.

Amendments to These Terms

rbaji reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time.
